Yin Yoga is a beautiful invitation to listen to the body quietly and delicately. Through the gentle stretches, the breath and the long stay in the postures, fasciae become soft again and the muscles relaxed. We feel it flowing within us and with each asana we dive a little further into the silent ocean of our being. Deeply regenerative, we draw new strength and learn to follow the wisdom of our body again. A finding back into intimacy, trust and gentleness.
